It’s hard to find time to enter film contests, we always regret not submitting an entree. This time we made time, Jared directed a nice little spot for the Old Spice commercial contest. Our friend Rob Hanks (in clip below) had us make a documentary on John Sims for Monavie. The gig mostly consisted of flying to Lake Powell in John’s private jet and riding around on jet skis and boats. The video is of us doing a zero gravity drop in the jet. Thanks Robb!
We have been pretty busy this summer. Tonight we recorded some vo for a spot we did for Calle a few weeks ago with our friends from Struck. Struck dudes Brandon Knowlden and Ryan Martindale look like bad a’s here. Thanks to Neil Bly for recording us and Jake Suazo and Gavin Bentley for some really funny performances.
Here is a clip from on set. At times working with talent can be difficult. They have their own ideas how things should go, and sometimes egos and personalities clash. This time we would have been mad to interfere.
Our friends Headlights just played a show in Salt Lake. It is always a pleasure to see them, not only are they amazing musicians, but are really good people. We have been very lucky to have made a couple of music videos with the band. Nick and Brett were there too of course, sorry they aren’t pictured here.

Here you are in the news section of our new website. Saint Cloud is our new thing, for those of you who were familiar with our JIIIIness, we are most of the same dudes but have streamlined our efforts into something we hope will invent buzz words of description. Cole and I are now family with Jared Harris. There will be plenty of stories of inception, creation, and development of Saint Cloud along our Saint Cloud journey. Let me update you a bit on what we are doing and what we are up to.

I just directed a music video for Joshua James for his forthcoming summer release. I will also be directing a spot for GM with our friend Chad Laughlin at Leo Burnett this month. There are seedlings being nurtured with a couple fantastic agencies and bands/labels, news of them will be sprouting on our blog very soon.
After shooting a string of spots Cole has barely had time to catch his breath and is already prepping to direct a spot for Much Love for Saint Cloud ad friend Mark Moll. Besides his directorial talent Cole has also conspicuously put his flavor on all of Saint Cloud’s latest productions as Director of Photography.
Jared has been producing all of the Saint Cloud productions and calling all you people, lining up our next project together. But he is proving his worth otherwise as Saint Cloud’s premiere comedy director . He has just directed a cell phone spot that we all think is going to make for a pretty funny 30 seconds. Thanks to Conner Rickman and Rebecca Thomas (who we also owe congratulations to for a short that screened at Sundance Film Festival that she wrote and starred in) for sweeting up our screens with their acting skills. Jared is also directing a spot for Much Love.
